Our Terms of Service
Our roof repair company in Titusville, FL agrees to provide roofing services to the customer in a professional and workmanlike manner. These Terms of Service, along with any related documents, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and our company and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
The customer agrees to pay in full for all roofing services provided. Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the start of work. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not made when due.
We provide roof repair and related services, including but not limited to leak repairs, shingle replacement, flashing repair, storm damage repair, and roof inspections. All services will be performed using reasonable care and industry-standard practices.
The customer agrees to allow reasonable access to the property so services can be performed. The customer also agrees to allow the use of necessary tools and equipment on the property during the service period.
We will use our best efforts to complete services as agreed; however, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, existing roof conditions, or prior workmanship.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the services provided. Our liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the services under this agreement.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by either party to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms are binding upon both the customer and our company, including their respective successors and permitted assigns.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the services and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements.
